Services

Group/ Individual Therapy
Therapeutic counseling services include both individual and group therapy, delivered by licensed mental health professionals to address the emotional, behavioral, and psychological needs of each child. These services use evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused interventions, and solution-focused techniques to support healing, resilience, and personal growth

Behavior Support Services
Behavior support services are designed to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging or disruptive behaviors through individualized intervention plans, coaching, and skill-building. Staff trained in trauma-informed care and behavior intervention techniques support children in real-time, using proactive strategies, redirection, de-escalation, and reinforcement systems. Behavior support may include functional behavior assessments (FBA), positive behavior support plans (PBSP), and crisis response as needed.

Educational Services
Educational services ensure that each child receives appropriate academic instruction aligned with their age, grade level, and individualized education needs. Services are coordinated with local school districts, charter schools, or on-site educational programs. Additional support, including tutoring, special education accommodations, and behavioral support in the learning environment, is provided as needed to promote academic success and school readiness.

Structured Recreation
Structured recreation provides youth with healthy outlets for physical activity, creativity, social interaction, and skill development. Activities are designed to enhance teamwork, self-confidence, and emotional regulation through organized games, arts and crafts, sports, fitness, outdoor play, and life skills workshops. All recreational programming is trauma-informed and tailored to the developmental levels of the children served.
